Position Details

• Receive inbound calls with full attention
• Have an understanding of our menus, deals, locations, procedures, and policies
• Efficiently and accurately place orders
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Work days include weekends and holidays

• Passion for customer service
• Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills
• Dependable and Punctual
• Excellent time management, organization, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Quick and accurate typing
• Flexible schedule
  
• Experience working at a call centre an asset
